Wastewater Treatment Facilities Will See Increase In Permitting Costs

You Can Receive Amnesty For Prior CCR Violations
If your system has been in violation of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule for not sending any, or all, CCR’s since 1999, your violation will be “forgiven” if your system complies with requirements this year.
