Wastewater Treatment Facilities Will See Increase In Permitting Costs

 

Because of the implementation of federal water quality standards, wastewater treatment facilities throughout Missouri will begin seeing tougher requirements when seeking to renew their operating permits.  These standards may require costly facility upgrades.  For full news release, CLICK HERE

You Can Receive Amnesty For Prior CCR Violations

 

If your system has been in violation of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule for not sending any, or all, CCR’s since 1999, your violation will be “forgiven” if your system complies with requirements this year.

Did you know that if you have enough work experience (usually 6 months) you don't have to go through a certification course?  You can use MRWA's Water Operator Guidance Manual and then simply take the exam!
